摘要: 针对我国快速城市化过程中引发的日趋严重的热岛效应及其对城市空气质量恶化、空调能耗增加等方面的显著影响,提出了基于交互式数据语言(IDL)开发的城市热岛分析与管理信息系统设计方案,实现了城市热岛环境信息的数据显示、编辑、查询检索、信息统计、空间分析、热环境质量评价、规划优化模拟等主要功能。该系统的开发为城市规划师和管理者提供了一个分析预测和评估城市热岛效应的可视化辅助决策和管理工具,以推动城市规划等领域的科学化和自动化发展。

Abstract: In view of the distinct influence of the growing urban heat island and the deteriorating of urban air quality,the increasing of air-condition energy consumption during the rapid urbanization process,the urban heat island analysis and management information management system are proposed based on Interactive Data Language(IDL),and achieve displaying,editing,searching and retrieving,information statistics,spatial analyzing of the urban heat island environmental information data,evaluation,simulation,optimization.The developed system provides a visual and aided decision-making and management tools to analyze,forecast and assess the urban heat island effect for urban planners and managers,and promotes the development of the scientization and automation in the field of urban planning and so on.
