Using ADAMS and MATLAB for ABS sliding mode control simulation

摘要: 为了减少车辆控制系统的开发时间和费用,联合仿真的方法受到越来越多的重视。将多体系统动力学与智能控制理论相结合,对汽车制动防抱死控制系统进行了研究。它结合了不同软件的优点,可以在设计阶段验证控制算法对车辆性能的影响。利用ADAMS/CAR建立了汽车整车多体动力学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立了基于滑移率的滑模变结构防抱死控制系统,利用ADAMS/Controls接口进行模型的集成、系统仿真。结果证明联合仿真方法对ABS系统设计切实可行,该控制算法具有较强的实用性。

Abstract: In order to reduce the development time and cost of vehicle control systems,the co-simulation method has been paid great attention recently.The research of anti-lock braking system based on multi-body system dynamics and intelligent control theory are presented.It combines the advantages of different software and verifies the control algorithm and its effects on vehicle performance at design stage.A multi-body vehicle dynamic model is built by ADAMS/Car.A sliding mode control of ABS is built by MATLAB/Simulink.The two controls are integrated and co-simulated by the interface of ADAAMS/Controls.The result proves that the co-simulation method is suitable for ABS design and the sliding mode control has better practicality.
