图书供应商选择的混合型多属性群决策

摘要: 针对同时存在基数评价信息与序数偏好的情形,考虑每个属性下的决策者权重,为图书供应商选择建立混合型多属性群决策模型。对定性和定量属性分别用0-1规划和线性加权和法求出决策群体对各供应商的评价值,再用0-1规划求得决策群体对供应商的最终排序结果。最后以一个实例说明模型的应用。此方法可提高供应商选择的科学性和有效性。

Abstract: Considering the weight of decision makers under each attribute,a hybrid multi-attribute group decision-making model is proposed for books supplier selection with both cardinal and ordinal data.At first,the rankings of the alternatives for the group under qualitative and quantitative attributes are calculated by 0-1 programming and linear weight sum method respectively.Then their final rankings for the group are obtained by 0-1 programming.The method is illustrated by an application example.The method can improve the scientificity and effectiveness of the books supplier selection.
