Abstract: To describe decision models and related modules，a synthetical framework，composed of model representation，solver representation，data representation and related ontology base，is proposed.The framework is based on necessary extensions to OWL-S（Web Ontology Language for Service）.It has full compatibility with internet and semantic Web technologies，wide range of applications and convenience of communications among users.What’s more，the cooperation of model，solver and data services will benefit from the special designed data parameter in the framework.An example of a construction site layout problem is introduced to illustrate the description of the decision model using the proposed framework.And the example emphasizes on the description of the data parameter of the problem and the structure of the model.
