摘要: 针对建筑工程项目投标过程中的不确定性和风险分析问题,运用Rough集理论和方法对投标风险决策表的属性进行约简,再采用支持向量机对决策数据进行风险分类,帮助决策者迅速对工程项目的投标风险进行评估和预测。

Abstract: Aimed at the uncertainty and risk analysis in project bidding,the knowledge expression system of bidding risk decision analysis is described.The reduction of attributes of the bidding risk decision data with rough set theory,and multi-classification of data with Least Squares SVM are discussed.
