基于弧半径投影的多目标工业CT图像识别

Multi-object detect method based on arc-radius projection

摘要: 工业CT检测中,为了提高检测效率,节约成本,对较小的同批、同型号工件进行检测时,通常会将多个工件一起扫描。所识别工件基本上在同一圆环带上,工件在整个图像中的面积比重较小。根据这个特点,提出了一种基于弧半径投影的多目标图像搜索方法,减少识别耗时,最后在目标区域再利用Zernike矩进行精确识别。通过对大量的实际CT图像识别,证明提出方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: Aimed at industrial CT images that including multi-object in per slice,study a multi-object detect method based on arc-radius projection.Through arc-radius projection,limit the images’ searching area,namely a part of a sector area.Object Recognition is performed only in the candidates area using Zernike moments.Experiments indivcate the proposed method is of availability and practicality.
