摘要: 利用本校率先在国内建立起的一套具有较高应用价值的透射式逐点扫描太赫兹(THz)辐射成像装置可以获得成像物体上每一点的光谱数据。每一点的光谱数据对应一个文本文件,这些数据虽具备物理含义,但本身不具备图像数据的特征。根据太赫兹振幅成像的实际物理意义,提出了一种根据成像物体上每一点的光谱数据,在计算机上构造太赫兹振幅图像的算法。实验证明,该算法取得理想的效果,对THz成像技术和THz光谱分析的研究具有一定的意义。

Abstract: Using the transmitted scanning terahertz imaging system can acquire spectroscopy data at the each point of the sample.Spectroscopy data at the each point of the sample corresponds to a text file.The data has physical meaning,but it does not have characteristic of image data.According to the physical meaning of terahertz imaging,the author put forward an algorithm of scanning terahertz imaging on computer based on spectroscopy data at the each point of the sample.The experiment show that the algorithm can acquire better effect and has significance to the terahertz imaging and terahertz spectroscopic analysis.
