基于动态交通信息的移动位置服务系统

摘要: LBS应用已经从以“数据”为核心向以 “服务”为核心转化,与具体应用领域的需求也结合得越来越紧密。然而,已有的位置服务系统主要基于静态数据,服务缺乏实时性,尤其在导航服务应用中,出行者对动态交通信息的需求越来越明显。本文从提供动态信息的移动位置服务的角度出发,以提供个人导航服务所需的交通信息为例,设计了一个基于动态交通信息的移动位置服务系统,并在此基础上在手机上实现了一个基于J2EE, J2ME和GPRS无线通信技术实现的原型系统。

Abstract: The emphasis of Location-based Services (LBS) has switched from data-centric to service-centric and more specific applications. However, most of the former LBS systems are developed based on static data instead of real-time or dynamic information. As a result, some of the services, especially in personal navigation, are not so pleasant. In order to tackle this problem, the paper designs a LBS system based on dynamic traffic information and successfully deploys it on a java mobile phone, which receives LBS from a server via GPRS.
