面向航空产品项目管理网络计划模型研究

A Hierarchical Network Planning Model for Project Management in Aeronautic Manufacturing Field

摘要: 为了解决航空产品研制过程中网络计划难于按节点有效控制的问题,在对航空产品项目计划特点分析的基础上,提出了控制流和文档流相分离的分级网络计划模型和网络计划层次划分指导原则。详细介绍了单层网络计划中建立控制流矩阵和文档流矩阵、分解耦合活动集、计算时间参数和关键路径的方法。基于该模型开发的软件在几家航空制造企业得到应用,结果表明该模型不仅可以合理有效的制定网络计划,而且可以有效对项目进度进行监控。

Abstract: In order to resolve the problem of incapable of effectively monitoring the aeronautic products developing project according to the scheduled plan, on the basis of analyzing the characters of project planning, A Hierarchical Network Planning model with independent control flow and document flow was introduced, and the principles to divide large complex project plan into some reasonable levels were suggested. Furthermore, four major steps in single level planning, firstly initializing the control flow matrix and document flow matrix, secondly tearing coupled tasks group, thirdly calculating the time parameters and key route were analyzed. An project planning software based on this model has already used in several aerospace manufacturing enterprises, and the application results shows that this model can establish and monitor the scheduled plan in an effective manner.
