摘要: 本文把心理声学模型应用于滤波中,利用人耳的掩蔽效应,提出了一种简化FIR滤波器的运算复杂度的方法——基于感知的快速滤波。结果表明,基于感知的快速滤波和普通滤波处理后的声音信号在人耳听来是基本上是没有区别的。但是前者在很大程度上节约了计算量。

Abstract: This paper introduces a method that used perceptual criterion to reduce the complexity of the filtering (convolution) methods for applications above. The proposed method is called perceptual fast filtering (PFF). The results show that PFF provides almost the same quality as normal fast filtering method, but with less computation.
