摘要: 针对水下航行器效能评估中,存在着指标信息不确定和指标间关系不明确的问题,运用粗糙集和灰色系统理论对水下航行器效能评估进行了研究,提出了基于粗糙集的水下航行器效能灰色评估方法,并论述了该方法的具体评估过程。结合实际水下航行器系统进行了应用分析,结果表明:该方法合理、可行,解决了水下航行器效能评估中存在的问题,提高了评估结论的正确性和有效性,为水下航行器系统的论证、设计和改进提供了科学的理论决策依据。

Abstract: Considering the problems of index uncertainty information and unknown relationship between indexes in effectiveness evaluation of underwater vehicle system,an improved evaluation method of underwater vehicle effectiveness based on the theory of grey system and rough set is proposed,and the basic procedures of the method are described.An example of underwater vehicle systems has been used to illustrate the rationality and feasibility of the method.The results show that this model is a new and effective way to solve the problem and improve the accuracy and validity of evaluation conclusion.It is useful for demonstration,design and improvement of the underwater vehicle system.
