摘要: 在满足炼钢连铸和热轧生产规程的基础上,综合考虑组炉余材和热轧工序对板坯浇铸的时间要求,将组炉问题归结为一个带时间约束的优化问题,建立了组炉问题的数学模型,采用改进遗传算法对模型求解,实例计算结果表明,基于改进遗传算法求解多约束条件下的组炉问题是有效的和可行的。

Abstract: In this paper,the charge design of steelmaking and continuous casting is summed up as an optimal problem with time constriction based on the rules of the steelmaking-continuous casting and the need of the integrated production.Further,the mathematics model of charge design of steelmaking and continuous casting is established.To solve the mode,the improving genetic algorithm is proposed to find an optimal solution.The computation with practical data shows the model and algorithm is effective and feasible.
