离散制造系统规划与仿真建模研究

Research on planning and simulation modeling of discrete manufacturing system

摘要: 对离散制造过程的规划、建模和仿真技术研究,建立了面向对象的系统模型,分析仿真运行机理,通过仿真分析优化生产制造系统性能指标。应用实例,介绍基于eM-Plant环境下进行生产线建模仿真、设备布局、瓶颈分析的过程,为离散制造过程研究提供有效的方法。

Abstract: To do research for the planning, modeling and simulation technology of discrete manufacturing system. Object-Oriented Modeling is built and simulating methodology is studied. Based on the analysis of simulation, the capacity parameter of manufacturing system is optimized. As the example of engine cylinder head production line, the process of modeling simulation, equipment layout and bottle-neck analysis was illuminated based on eM-Plant.
