遗传算法在指纹图像阈值分割中的应用

摘要: 针对当前指纹图像分割存在的问题,提出了采用遗传算法进行指纹图像阈值分割的方法。给出了采用染色体编码的方法,并利用赌轮法产生初始化种群,通过选择算子、交叉算子和变异算子的方法实现分割。最后采用FVC2004的数据库进行了实验,表明利用遗传算法所得到的阈值进行分割较传统方法有较大改进。

Abstract: Genetic Algorithm is applied to calculate the threshold value of the segmentation of fingerprint image for solving the problem of the segmentation of fingerprint image.The chromosome decoding method is used and illustrates to produce the initiate population,and ends with an illustration of the implementations of selection operator,crossover operator and mutation operator.Finally,the experiment result by FVC2004 proves that threshold value through genetic algorithms can achieve excellent effect.
