摘要: 基于精益生产“消除浪费”的考虑,对车间内吊车调度系统进行了基于排队论的仿真和精益化设计,提出了一种新的优先权规则的调度算法,该算法综合考虑了各工作地等待时间、吊车转移距离以及吊车服务时间的影响。将所设计的精益生产调度算法与传统的调度算法的仿真结果进行了对比,表明所设计的精益生产调度算法明显优于目前实际操作中惯用的调度算法。

Abstract: A simulation system is designed and realized under the guidance of lean production principles and methods.The article advances new scheduling methods with a considerate priority rule.The new scheduling methods considers the affects of the latency time of all the work areas,the moving distance of the crane and the crane’s service time for the different work area’s request.A simulation study is performed to compare the new job shop scheduling problem in lean production with traditional scheduling methods and the simulation result shows that the designed new scheduling method is superior to the traditional ones evidently.
