摘要: 智能车牌识别系统由图象获取、图象定位、数据库管理等几部分组成,图象定位部分在整个系统中的地位非常重要。在分析常用的图象定位方法存在的问题后,提出了一种新的定位车牌的方法即二值化定位方法,具有定位准、实时性强和鲁棒性好等特点。
关键词: 图象分割, 车牌定位, 二值化
Abstract: The automatic vehicle recognition system be made up of image fetching,image segmentation,database management etc.This paper presents a arithmetic named Jump Model Location Arithmetic after the study of classic image segment and location arithmetic.The Jump Model Location Arithmetic can make the recognization system robust,and promotes the location correct rate and process time,and reduces the process time.
