支持快速扩散制造的制造执行系统研究

摘要: 结合武器装备快速变批量生产的需求,对武器装备快速扩散制造的概念和支撑理论进行了介绍;针对快速扩散制造过程中若干核心问题,提出了支持快速扩散制造的制造执行系统。介绍了制造执行系统实施的三个关键技术:支持快速扩散制造的生产计划与动态调度技术;基于资源平台的物料全生命周期管理及应用集成技术;基于工作流的制造过程自动导航与驱动技术。最后对制造执行系统的总体体系结构和功能模型展开探讨和研究。该系统在航天制造企业应用的效果显著,证明了该系统整体方案的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Armament Rapid Extended Manufacturing(REM) definition and theory are introduced according to the requirement of armament rapid batch variable production.Aiming at some core issue of REM,Manufacturing Execution System(MES) supporting REM is put forward. And then illustrates the key technology of MES supporting REM,such as the technology of scheduling and dynamitic rescheduling supporting REM,the whole lifecycle materiel management and application integration on resources platform;the technique of automatic navigation and drive in manufacturing on workflow.Lastly,the function model and the framework of MES are discussed.Running results in aerospace enterprises in China show that the system is feasible,reconfigurable,and can meet the individual requirements of many enterprises.
