火炮系统故障预测的上下界容错阈值计算模型

摘要: 基于方差控制思想针对火炮系统结构模型本身建立了一种火炮系统故障预测的上下界容错阈值的计算方法。首先,该算法利用火炮系统的结构模型对故障机理数据进行分析,通过方差控制思想建立了故障预测上下限阈值的计算模型;然后在此基础上给出了火炮系统故障预测的上下界容错阈值区间的控制算法和流程图设计;接着通过火炮系统实际仿真结果验证了该容错阈值量化模型的有效性。该模型充分考虑了系统本身的特性,极大地改善了容错控制阈值主观给定的低效性。分析表明,这种模型是有效的。

Abstract: To the structure model of gun systems,a calculating method of Fault-Tolerant Upper-Lower Threshold of Fault Forecasting (FTULTFF) is constructed based on Covariance Control Theory (CCT).Firstly,the algorithm analyzes the fault mechanism data using the structure model of gun systems,and a calculating model of FTULTFF is given by CCT.Secondly,we have gotten the control algorithm of fault-tolerant upper-lower threshold interval and designed the chart of fault forecasting.Finally,a simulating example,which is to gun systems,shows that the fault-tolerant threshold model is effectively.Because it considers adequately the running state of systems and largely improved objectivity to given fault-tolerant threshold.All analyses indicate that the model is effectively.
