Abstract: For petroleum logistics network is intricate of our country, reasonable allocation of waterborne petroleum logistics distribution center is of theoretical worthiness and signification. This paper presents the network frame of waterborne petroleum logistics distribution center; set up the mathematical models of logistics distribution location. According to the characteristic of the models, the main measure for solving the model by genetic algorithm is put forward, and an example is tested to verify the validity of the method, which is suitable for optimization of other kinds of large-scale logistics location problems too.
