Abstract: Auction have long been a popular method for the allocation and procurement of products and the services. The paper will study online reverse auctions under the circumstance of supply chain, comparing the two models, the conclusions have been drawn: under the environment of supply chain, if considering production cost and transportation cost at the same time, online auctions can reduce the total supply chain cost, and the cost will go up slightly for the supply chain enterprises
