Abstract: Considering dynamic property of the set and statistical informational in knowledge base, this paper puts forward one direction S-probability rough sets. Dynamic properties of one direction S-probability rough sets are discussed , these properties are the bases of dynamic decision-making. The meaning explanation of one direction S-probability rough sets is proposed. One direction S-probability rough sets is a complement to Z.Pawlak rough sets and one direction S- rough sets theory.
