摘要: 交叉口是城市道路交通系统中的重要组成部分,现有的交叉口运行评价方法大多基于交通调查数据,无法高效地对全路网的交叉口进行实时的评价,为此,提出一种基于路段速度的信号交叉口运行评价方法,可以实现对交叉口运行状况全路网、实时的评价。将路段速度数据与交叉口位置数据进行匹配,采用交叉口进口道临近路段的速度判定交叉口的服务水平等级,然后通过拥堵频率统计识别常发性拥堵交叉口,并根据常发拥堵的时段不同将其分为三类,即高峰拥堵交叉口、平峰拥堵交叉口和全天拥堵交叉口,以便后续有针对性地对各类交叉口进行专项治理与管控。实测数据表明,该评价方法的服务水平平均绝对误差为0.32,误差仅为6.33%,说明所提出的交叉口运行评价方法的有效性。

Abstract: Intersection is an important part of urban road traffic system. Most of the existing intersection operation evaluation methods are based on traffic survey data, which cannot efficiently evaluate the intersection of the whole road network in real time. Therefore, a signal intersection operation evaluation method based on road section speed data is proposed, which can realize the whole road network and real-time evaluation of intersection operation status. Firstly, the speed data of the road section is matched with the location data of the intersection. The speed of the road section near the entrance of the intersection is used to determine the service level of the intersection. Then, the frequently congested intersection is identified through the congestion frequency statistics, and it is divided into three categories according to the different periods of frequent congestion, peak congested intersection, off-peak congested intersection and all-day congested intersection, so that special treatment and management of various intersections can be carried out in a targeted manner. The measured data show that the average absolute error of the evaluation method is 0.32, and the error percentage is only 6.33%, which shows the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method.
