面向诱导的交通状态信息提取方法

Traffic state information extraction methods for traffic guidance

摘要: 为实现可变信息板(Variable Message Signs,VMS)的交通状态信息提取,选取速度、饱和度与交叉口平均延误作为交通参数,提出了基于模糊推理的关联路段交通状态信息提取方法。针对驾驶员的VMS信息响应特性,设计了面向拥挤状态的VMS诱导策略,在关联路段均处于拥挤状态时基于Vague集对交通状态进行排序,以判别交通状态相对最优的关联路段进行发布。以实际算例验证了该方法的有效性,所提出的VMS诱导策略能够逐步引导拥挤交通流的分流,并为驾驶员在拥挤状态下进行路径选择提供决策支持。

Abstract: In order to extract the traffic state information for variable message signs,velocity,saturation and average delay are determined as traffic parameters,and the correlation links traffic state information extraction method is proposed based on fuzzy reasoning.According to drivers’ response properties of VMS information,the VMS guidance strategies for congestion management are designed.When the correlation links are all in congestion state,the relative optimal traffic state link discrimination method is proposed based on Vague sets sorting,and then the numerical results of a case study testify the effectiveness of the proposed model.The guidance strategies proposed can guide crowded traffic flow gradually and provide decision support for drivers’ route choice in congestion.
