摘要: 建立了双栅离子光学系统的数理模型及其边界条件,采用PIC(Particle-In-Cell)方法,对双栅离子光学系统栅间的电位分布和粒子运动轨迹进行了模拟计算;其中双栅离子光学系统粒子运动轨迹采用蛙跳法进行模拟;栅间电位分布采用超松弛迭代法,优化结构后,可以大大减少撞击加速栅的粒子数。

Abstract: The paper builds the mathematical model for ion optical system and sets the boundary condition.PIC method is adopted to simulate and calculate the potential distribution and particle trajectory between two grids system.SOR(Successive Over Relaxation) method is adopted to calculate the electric field and the leap—frog method is adopted to accelerate the particles trajectory.The impacting accelerated gird particles are induced after optimization structure.
