摘要:

与传统的工程施工不同,绿色施工将环境保护目标与进度、成本、质量一同视为工程施工中的主要控制目标。在分析了进度、成本、质量和环境保护目标之间相互制约关系的基础上,利用多属性效用函数理论和目标优化理论,建立了工程项目绿色施工管理中的多目标均衡优化模型,并采用先进优化仿生算法——微粒群算法(PSO)对模型进行求解,得到的最满意解即可作为绿色施工管理的主要控制目标。最后通过应用实例验证了模型的合理性和模型求解方法的有效性。

Abstract: Different from the traditional construction,environment protection,as well as time,cost and quality,is considered as main control objectives in green construction of construction projects.This paper presents multi-objective tradeoff optimization model using the multi-attribute utility function theory and multi-objective optimization theory based on the analysis of the relationship among time,cost,quality and environment protection.Applying the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) algorithms to solve the model,the most satisfied decision results can be obtained,which are used as the main control objectives in green construction management.Finally,a case study is given to verify the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of solution method.
