摘要: 面对日益短缺的自然资源和严重破坏的生态环境,为促进报废汽车得到有效回收与利用,以循环经济的“3R”原则为基础,构建了汽车逆向物流系统结构模型;基于绿色度评价准则,构建了汽车逆向物流系统的评价指标体系;并提出了模糊综合评判法、数据包络分析、层次分析法相结合的综合评价方法;最后以一个案例对提出的理论与方法进行了说明与验证,为汽车逆向物流的有效运作提供参考。

Abstract: Being confronted with fast reducing nature resources and polluting environment,the study for reverse logistics of vehicles accords with the circular economy development.Integrated “3R” principles which are ‘Reduce’,‘Reuse’,‘Recycle’,a structure model for reverse logistics system of vehicles based on circular economy is firstly made up.Then,an evaluation index system for reverse logistics system of vehicles is constituted,integrated theory of green degree with circular economy.Finally,the practical evaluation results are figured out by a method uniting AHP,Fuzzy and DEA,which supports valuable answers for the efficient operation of reverse logistics of vehicles.
