摘要: 介绍了WebGIS开发平台ArcGIS Server的体系结构和开发模式;分析了基于WebGIS的甬沪宁数字管道系统的设计思路;提出数字管道信息WEB发布、管理、查询分析的框架结构;介绍了系统的数据库设计、功能设计,并完成了设计开发。

Abstract: The architecture and developing mode of ArcGIS Server,which is a WebGIS development platform,is introduced.The thought of design of digital pipeline system based on WebGIS is analyzed.A framework of distributing,managing,inquiring and analyzing infomation of digital pipeline based on WEB is presented,the database design and functional design is elaborated,then the application is developed.
