心电模板构造方法及其在心电去噪中的应用

摘要: 针对强噪声心电去噪,提出了基于心电模板的去噪方法。首先,将小波变换模极大值方法和信号相干平均技术相结合,构造出心电模板信号。然后给出了两种基于心电模板的强噪声心电去噪方法:直接重建法和间接相关法。最后将该方法与基于小波软、硬阈值去噪方法进行了对比,结果显示所得信号波形平滑度更好、信噪比更高。基于心电模板的去噪方法能够有效去除心电强噪声,为心电弱特征信息成分的准确提取奠定了基础。同时研究提供的心电模板构造方法也可用于其他准周期性生理信号,为强噪声生理信号去噪提供了一种有益思路。

Abstract: Aiming at ECG de-noising under strong noise background,a de-noising method based on the ECG template is proposed.First,it integrates the wavelet transform modulus maxima method with the signal coherent averaging technique to construct the ECG template.Secondly,it gives two ECG de-noising methods based on the ECG template:direct reconstruction method and indirect correlation method.Finally,it compares the de-nosing results of the method proposed with the results of the soft and hard threshold methods based on wavelet transform.The results show that the ECG de-noising signal by the method based on the ECG template has the better smoothness and higher Signal to Noise Ratio(SNR).The ECG de-noising method based on the ECG template can effectively remove the strong noise and it establishes the foundation for an accurate extraction of the weak components in the raw ECG signal.Furthermore,the construction method of the ECG template can also be used for other quasi-periodic physiological signals.This results in a new way to research the de-noising method of the physiological signal under strong noise background.
