冷轧薄板设定计算模型与仿真研究

Study on simulation of pre-calculation for cold thin strip rolling

摘要: 研究冷轧薄板计算机系统的设定计算模型和计算方法,采集了大量实际生产数据,研究了这些模式对各个钢种的最优稳态轧制数据,基于上述结果,优化设定计算模型的参数,控制实际计算精度。并设计了重要模型的计算仿真程序,通过仿真找出现有模型的优缺点,为以后设定计算的最优化提供理论基础。现场实验表明,仿真系统实验结果应用到实际生产中使产品厚度精度得到很大提高。

Abstract: The pre-calculation mathematic model and the arithmetic are studied for computer system in cold thin strip rolling.So much data is collected in real strip making and its optimum rolling parameters in stability for all kinds of steel are searched.Based on the former study,some rolling parameters are optimized,and the control precision is improved.And the simulation system is designed for the important model.Some characteristics are found out in the simulation that would make the theory base for optimizing the pre-calculation model later.The real experiment shows that the precision of the strip thickness control is improved greatly after the results of simulation are used.
