权限管理型开放式微弱信号采集系统研究

Open weak signal acquisition system based on authority management

摘要: 在基于因特网、面向设备管理的开放式设备状态监测与故障诊断系统的系统构架下,引入权限管理的路径管理方式,有利于实现现场采集数据的专人专管。该系统在建立远程状态监测与故障诊断体系的同时,有机地将开放式微弱信号采集系统融合为体系的一个前台子系统,可以为设备管理部门及时提供现场设备运行状况,也可以成为一套独立的系统。论文详细介绍了系统的构成方式并采用变尺度随机共振算法作为微弱信号提取的手段,最后通过天津某大型电厂的应用证明了该系统的实用性和准确性。

Abstract: In the conceive of open equipment administration network,the authority path management is built in order to bring the data safety into effect.The system integrates the weak signal acquisition system and the remote expert diagnosis,which can be regarded as the front-line subsystem of the whole system,providing timely for the plant management section the in-situ equipments operation condition information.In this paper,the scheme of the system is introduced in detail and adopts Concatenation Stochastic Resonance as weak signal acquisition method.The feasibility and efficiency of the proposed system have been demonstrated by its practical application in a certain power plant in Tianjin,China.
