Abstract: The automatic information interaction between heterogeneous platforms is the key of building the fourth-party logistics management system based on third-party logistics.The paper proposes a Web service integration platform for it.In the platform，the information resources and software systems of each third-party logistics are treated as Web services，a series of service invoking interfaces is designed by encapsulation of the key words based Web service inquiry，the wsdl4j and castor based WSDL dynamic analysis，the sasj based SOAP dynamic encapsulation，and the jdom based SOAP reply message analyzing，and the third-party logistics Web services are invoked by the fourth-party logistics management system through the service invoking interfaces，which implement the automatic information interaction.
