Research on integrated production-distribution planning in supply chain based on particle swarm optimization algorithm

摘要: 针对单工厂、多产品、多周期、多配送中心的供应链网络,构建了生产、配送集成计划模型,提出了用于求解该问题的粒子群算法方案,阐明了该算法方案的具体实现过程。采用分离策略提出独立决策下的生产计划模型和配送计划模型。仿真实例的计算结果表明集成决策可以有效地降低供应链成本。

Abstract: The model of integrated production-distribution planning in manufacturing supply chain network comprised of single plant,multiple products,multiple cycles and multiple distribution centers is put forward.The method based on binary particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve this problem.The detailed realization of the method is illustrated.The example is computed.Simulation results of the example demonstrate the effectiveness of this algorithm.By comparison of the result,it can be found that integrated production-distribution planning can remarkably reduce supply chain cost.
