Abstract: This paper studies the problem of bar code image information recognition of ENA13（bar） through the digital picture processing method.First the paper introduces bar code structure.Then，a recognition method based on picture processing is adapted to against defects and flaws of traditional with four steps：image pre-processing，image segmentation，image correction and decoding.Especially recognize images with noise and random angles.Finally，the feasibility of the algorithm is confirmed through relevant experimental results.
