摘要: 针对属性权重信息完全未知的区间二型模糊多属性决策问题,提出了一种基于区间二型模糊熵的多属性决策方法。为了量化区间二型模糊集的不确定信息,通过引入模糊因子、犹豫因子和区间因子建立了区间二型模糊熵的公理化准则,并分别基于欧氏距离、海明距离和广义距离给出了三种熵计算公式。同时,根据决策问题中总体不确定性最小化的原则,结合熵公式构建数学规划模型来确定属性权重,利用得分函数给出了具体的决策步骤,并通过实例分析验证了该决策方法的有效性和灵活性。

Abstract: For the multiple attribute decision-making problem that the attribute weights are all completely unknown, a decision-making method based on interval type-2 fuzzy entropy has been proposed. In order to quantify the uncertain information of IT2FSs, the axiomatic principles of interval type-2 fuzzy entropy is constructed by introducing fuzzy factor and hesitancy factor and interval factor, and three entropy formulas are proposed by using Euclidean distance, Hamming distance and general distance, respectively. Meanwhile, a mathematical programming model by using entropy formulas has been constructed to determine the attribute weights based on the minimizing overall uncertainty principle, the specific decision-making approach has been proposed with a new score function, and the effectiveness and flexibility of the proposed method are verified through an example analysis.
