摘要: 人群聚集区域公共安全应急响应面临多个可能状态的应急方案选择问题,是一个值得探讨且具有实际价值的研究课题。在考虑属性关联的前提下,给出一种基于离散Choquet积分的人群聚集区域应急方案选择方法。将应急方案在各可能状态下针对属性的损益矩阵进行规范化;在考虑属性关联的前提下,借助于离散Choquet积分的思想,依据规范化损益矩阵构建评价矩阵;结合各可能状态的概率向量计算出各备选应急方案的综合评价值,并根据综合评价值的大小来确定当前人群聚集区域应急响应的应急方案;通过一个算例说明了提出方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: Selecting emergency alternatives for emergency response with multiple states in a crowd-gathered place is worthy of being discussed in-depth and is a topic with practical application value. With respect to correlated attributes, a method for selecting emergency alternatives in a crowd-gathered place based on discrete Choquet integral is proposed. The matrix with gains or losses of alternatives with respect to multiple states of emergency response is normalized. On the premise of considering correlated attributes, an evaluation matrix is built according to discrete Choquet integral and normalized matrix. According to the probability vector of multiple states, an overall assessment expectation value of each alternative is calculated, and the optimal alternative for the present emergency problem can be determined according to the ranking result of overall assessment expectation values. A numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
