摘要: 在权重未知情况下进行数据信息聚合时,经常会用到OWA聚合算子及其扩展的聚合算子;然而在数据信息自身的权重及数据信息所处聚合位置的权重之间,大多数聚合算子仅仅考虑了其中的一种权重。在同时考虑数据信息两种权重的情况下,提出了一种混合有序加权聚合(HGOWA)算子,给出了基于该算子的数据信息聚合方法,并证明了该算子的一些性质定理。通过一个变电所设计方案评估问题,阐明了所提出聚合算子的科学性与合理性。

Abstract: The Ordered Weighted Aggregation(OWA) operator and the induced OWA operator are often used in the aggregation of data information. Only the one is considered between the ordered position of the given argument and the given argument itself in most aggregation operators. Hybrid algebraic Geometry Ordered Weighted Averaging(HGOWA) operator is presented, where the ordered position of the given argument and the given argument itself are both considered, and property theorems of the HGOWA operator are proved. The weights of the given argument itself and the ordered position of the given argument are considered by the HGOWA operator at the same time. The example of evaluation of design scheme for substation is used to prove the HGOWA operator is scientific and reasonable.
