摘要: 应急物资配送中心是战时运送应急物资的重要枢纽,面对战场环境的不确定性,设计高效、可靠的战时应急物资配送网络具有重要战略意义。将需求不确定性和设施损毁同时纳入考量,建立了模糊需求和设施损毁场景下带容量约束的可靠性选址模型。设计了一种改进的免疫遗传算法对模型进行求解。算法中针对模型特点加入动态交叉变异算子和客户优先级算法,通过仿真实验验证了模型和算法的有效性,为可靠性选址问题提供模型和求解思路。通过数值实验分析了不确定水平和损毁概率对实验结果的影响,结果表明损毁概率对最终选址方案有更大的影响。

Abstract: As emergency distribution centers are vital hubs in transporting supplies during wartime, it is of great strategic significance to design an efficient and reliable emergency logistics network in face of the uncertainty at war. Firstly, a capacitated reliable location model is proposed by considering both demand uncertainty and facility failure. Secondly, to solve the model, this paper develops an improved immune genetic algorithm by introducing dynamic cross and mutation operators and adding customer priority algorithm. Simulation experiments are carried out and the results verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm, which provides models and methods for the location problem with fuzzy demand and reliability. Finally, the sensitivity of uncertainty level and facility failure probability is analyzed by numerical experiments, and the results show that facility failure probability has greater impact on the final location decision.
