Abstract:

With the development of artificial intelligence and other technologies, the transportation mode of sea-railway combined transport has accelerated the development process of container terminal automation, which has become the inevitable trend of container terminal development. Automation has become an inevitable trend in the development of container terminals. To study the process of the crossing double Automatic Stacking Crane(ASC) in the same block area in the automated container terminal yard, considering the operation speed of different sizes of ASC and the energy consumption per unit time, and in the case of conflict between double ASCs in the same bay, a multi-objective mixed integer model is established to derive the total time and total energy consumption for all container tasks. Through three groups of experiments are designed by changing different parameters, the experimental results show that it can adjust the number of containers, the speed of double ASCs and the ratio of energy consumption between double ASCs loading and unloading to reduce the total time and energy consumption of container tasks.
