机场地面飞机自动监视车载装置的设计与研究

摘要: 为了有效地降低机场特种车辆与地面飞机存在的严重危险(如碰撞、气流冲击和损坏等),采用广播式自动相关监视(ADS-B)和地面飞机的ADS-B报文解析和筛选算法、监视信息(位置、航向和速度)解码算法、安全区域数据库、触摸屏图形显示算法等关键技术,设计了一个主要具有自动监视地面飞机、动态显示地面飞机安全区域图形功能的机场特种车辆车载装置,为驾驶员提供可视化图形的辅助和指示。经试验和测试表明,自动监视结果清晰、准确、有效。

Abstract: To effectively reduce the danger between special vehicle and ground aircraft(such as collision, air shock, damages and etc), using key technologies like Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast(ADS-B) and ground aircraft of ADS-B report screening algorithm, monitoring information decoding algorithm, safety area data base, touch screen graphical display algorithm and etc, a vehicle mounted device which mainly has automatic aircraft ground surveillance is designed. A motion detection graphical display on the airport special vehicle assists and gives instructions to pilots. It has been proven in test that the automatic surveillance is clear, precise and effective.
