摘要: 针对目前电镀厂水中镀件定位问题,应用FRID技术,提出了一个区域定位算法。该算法把各工序电镀槽作为一个个定位区域,通过计算各个电镀槽四周的参考标签与被定位标签的距离,建立一个区域矩阵,通过区域矩阵确定被定位标签的位置。提出一个记录镀件轨迹算法,解决了附着电子标签的镀件掉入水下的定位问题。实验结果表明系统减少了定位误差,提高了定位精度。该定位系统的部署能大大提高电镀厂的生产效率和效益。

Abstract: Taking into account location of water plating in electroplating at present,a regional location algorithm applying FRID is put forward.This algorithm treats the electroplating slot in each process as targeted area.Through the calculation of the distance between each reference tag and the positioned label,a regional matrix is established.The label is positioned by the regional matrix.This paper proposes a track record of plating method to solve the problem that the electronic tag attached to plated parts falls into the underwater positioning.Results show that the system decreases location error and increases positioning accuracy.The deployment of the positioning system can greatly increase the plating efficiency and effectiveness of the production plant.
