摘要： 敏捷方法Scrum可有效解决中小型软件实施CMMI时遇到的诸多问题，但难以满足安全关键软件的特殊需要。对Scrum与CMMI结合的可行性和中小型安全关键软件的主要特征进行了深入分析，在此基础上提出了一种适用于中小型安全关键软件的Scrum与CMMI的结合方法。

Abstract: Agile method Scrum can effectively resolve numerous problems encountered when CMMI is implemented in medium- and small-scale software，but special needs of safety-critical software are hard to be satisfied.This paper analyzes feasibility of combining Scrum and CMMI and key characteristics of medium- and small-scale safety-critical software in depth.Based on analysis，an approach of combining Scrum and CMMI in medium- and small-scale safety-critical software is built up.
