一种空域窗口相关的多源图像融合策略

摘要: 根据不同传感器获得的同一场景的多幅图像之间具有信息的冗余性和互补性,在小波域图像融合的范畴内,提出了一种基于空域窗口相关的图像融合策略。综合考虑二进小波域的各种相关关系如尺度间相关性、尺度内子带间相关性和子带内系数的空间聚集特性,定义一种新的空域窗口相关函数对其进行整体描述以衡量图像边缘强度,并以之构造融合策略进行图像融合。该策略应用于红外和可见光图像融合的仿真实验中,取得了更优的量化指标,总体融合性能强于现有的图像融合策略。

Abstract: Based on the redundancy and complementarity between different images of the same scenarios,a strategy of spatial window correlation image fusion is proposed in the area of wavelet image fusion.Considering various correlations,such as correlation of scale,correlation of inter-sub band scale coefficient and the space aggregation behavior of sub-band coefficient in dyadic wavelet domain,a new spatial window correlation is defined to describe those correlations to measure the overall edge strength.An image fusion strategy is structured by the spatial window correlation.The strategy used in the simulation experiments of infrared and visible image fusion can get better quantitative index.The overall fusion performance of image fusion is better than that of the existing strategy.
