摘要: 教育软件的可用性作为教师满意度的主要因素成为共识。为了支持以教师为核心的教育软件开发模式,促进教育软件的可用性质量,依据软件可用性属性指标的特性,通过教师满意度模糊综合评测,确定教育软件属性对于教师可用性的权重评测和满意度评测隶属矩阵,计算教育软件评测向量集,通过坐标分布进一步分析提高教育软件可用性质量改善的因素优先顺序以及全因素改进策略。最后以教育软件ESClassLab可用性评测分析相应的软件质量改进顺序和策略因素。

Abstract: It is popular to use educational software usability as the main factor of teacher satisfaction.To support the teacher-oriented developing model,provide teacher with satisfying educational software,producer improves the software usability value.According to the feature of software usability factor,by fuzzy synthetic evaluation to teacher satisfaction,the subjection matrixes of usability weight and satisfaction evaluation can be performed.By calculating the evaluating vectors and the coordinate distributing,the factors priority and all-factor amelioration strategy for producer to enhance educational software usability value can be analyzed.Finally,the value model is illuminated by the usability evaluation to the educational software ESClassLab.
