Abstract: On the basis of deep analysis for online auction system，this article advances that the research and development of online multi-attribute auction system is the weakest part of the current all kinds of online auction systems.According to the demand of the online trade and distributed artificial intelligence，the article advances a multi-attribute auction based on multi-agent，discusses the automated negotiation protocols，negotiation strategies and system architecture，provides the algorithm of online multi-attribute auction，and figures out the direction of research in the future.
