计算机辅助设计应用于斜轧健身器管孔型设计

Computer-aided design application in inclined rolling fitness pipe roll pass design

摘要: 健身器管材的宽高比等于3,并且要求焊缝在角部;长边与短边的连接圆角亦不相等,轧制难度较大。介绍了矩形健身器管焊缝在角部的斜轧轧制工艺及其孔型设计方法,在分析了轧制要求及难点的基础上,给出了孔型设计实施方案。应用计算机辅助孔型设计计算了不等圆角的斜轧矩形管各架次孔型尺寸,进行了孔型优化。将焊缝有效地控制在成型后矩形管的角部,保证了所生产的健身器管材的质量要求。

Abstract: This fitness tubing is difficult to roll,because tubing’s beam-to-depth ratio is 3,the welded joint must be in the angle department,and the connection fillet of long and short side is also not the same.The paper introduces the inclined rolling craft and the pass design method of the rectangular fitness pipe welded joint in the corner,and gives the design scheme on the basis of analyzing the rolling requirements and difficulties.The scheme using the computer-aided roll pass design calculates each pass size of different fillet rectangular pipe and optimizes it.Moreover,the scheme maintains effectively the welded joint in the corner of the forming rectangular pipe,and satisfies the qualitative requirements of the fitness pipe.
