mexican-hat小波在QRS波检测中的应用研究

QRS complex detection based on mexican-hat wavelet

摘要: 提出了一种基于小波变换,结合多种判别修正方法的QRS波检测算法。首先采用mexican-hat小波对信号进行小波变换,在第3尺度上采用模极大值阈值法对R波进行检测。其次采用平面几何的数学方法定位Q波和S波。对于高尖P波和大T波造成的误检,采用弧度法进行纠正。对于高频干扰造成的影响用QRS时长法予以排除。该算法经过MIT-BIH Arrythmia Database的心电数据验证,取得了满意的结果。

Abstract: An algorithm based on wavelet transformation and multi-correction method for QRS complex detection is proposed.Firstly,the R waves are detected using modulus-maximum threshold after wavelet transform with mexican-hat wavelet.Secondly,geometric method is used for locating Q and S waves.The circular measure is used to correct the misdetections caused by high P and T waves and eliminate the influences caused by high-frequency interference by using QRS time-limit method.This algorithm is certified by the ECG signals from MIT-BIH Arrythmia Database,and the result is satisfied.
