摘要: 为了满足现场旋转机械振动状态监测的实时性要求,本文介绍一种基于Windows CE的小型嵌入式监测系统的设计, 首先介绍了系统的硬件选型、系统软件的选择和定制及监测系统应用软件的实现,然后,着重研究了嵌入式监测系统应用软件开发技术;如传感器技术、数据采集技术、数据处理及谱分析技术,并对机械运行状态进行分析。

Abstract: To meet the real time request of Monitoring System of Rolling Bearing, in this paper, a embedded monitoring system of rolling bearing based on Windows CE was proposed. The implement include the hardware selection, the operation system selection and customization and application implement, main technology was studied, such as Realtime Data Sampling, Realtime Data Analyzing, Data Transport and Backup, monitoring System will analyze the sampling data, and supply the friendly interface to technic-man to decision-making.
