摘要: 利用模糊多属性群决策方法对高校教师教学质量进行评优,首先讨论了专家群体评判水平共识性的判断方法;然后对群体不共识情况,给出了两种调整方法,即通过对专家评判水平逆判来加速专家群体达成共识;最后得到专家群体达成共识情况下的高校教师教学质量的优劣顺序。实例说明了高校教师教学质量评估的具体过程。

Abstract: The fuzzy multiple-attribu group decision-making method is used to assess the teaching quality of university teachers.First,the method of experts consistency on judgment is discussed;Then,on the base of the situation of no consensus,two adjustment methods are given.Namely,by the inverse judgment of experts,the consensus is speeded up to reach.Finally,the university teaching quality order is obtained in the situation of the consistency.The Example explains the specific process of university teaching quality assessing.
