摘要/Abstract

摘要： 利用VB.NET和SQL Serve集成开发了科技成果转化平台数据库系统,包括专家人才库、科技成果库、用户信息库、企业需求库和数据库管理平台,实现了对数据的更新、查询、修改、入库以及维护,并使专家信息和成果信息实现了互动查询。该数据库系统在总结现有科技成果转化数据库所取得成果的基础之上,提出了建立互动性数据库的新方法,强调了人才与成果的互动性,弥补了目前已建成的类似成果转化平台的一些不足,在手段和方法上具有新的特色和使用价值。

Abstract: Introduces the process of building the database of transforming scientific and technological achievements using software VB.NET and and SQL Server.The system includes the database of experts,the database of scientific and technological achievements,the database of users and the database of the demand of enterprises,carries out inquiring between the database of experts and the database of scientific and technological achievements.Based on the achievement made by other systems of transforming scientific and technological achievements,this system puts forward the new method of building the database in which the data can mutually research,put emphasis on the mutual research between the expert data and the achievement data,make up some shortage of other system for transforming scientific and technological achievements and its method has the new advantage.
