摘要: 在目前的生物特征识别方法中,虹膜识别被认为是最可靠的技术。提出一种基于经验模态分解和支持向量机的虹膜识别方法——EMD提取虹膜特征,SVM实现模式匹配。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地应用到身份鉴别系统中。

Abstract: Iris recognition is the most reliable and accurate method in biometrics identification.A new iris recognition algorithm based on Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD) and Support Vector Machine(SVM) is proposed.EDM is applied to extract iris feature and SVM is used in pattern matching.Experimental results show that the proposed system can be used for a personal identification system in an efficient and effective manner.
